Motty’s Farm Cuisine Hunter Valley Catering includes:
- Full Service 3-course meal OR drop off meal
- We cook, serve and clean up in your apartment / B&B accommodation, OR can simply drop off if you prefer
- Our wait staff ensures glasses are topped up and the courses are served graciously, before leaving you to enjoy a final coffee
- Self-service meals at your convenience
- Whether it’s a late night supper of soup and fresh bread or a full 3-course meal, we prepare and deliver it, ready to serve. It’s the perfect conclusion to a beautiful day’s wine-tasting in our fantastic region.
Spring / Summer Menu
$75 / person (2 choice) or $60/ person drop off
This menu offers a range of meals per course. For your dinner, choose two options from each course. When you book please let me know the number of guests wanting each meal option. eg For entrée your party of 10 might request 6 roasted mushrooms and 4 Garden Tarts. Minimum of 6 guests.
Entrée
- Oven roasted garlic butter mushrooms topped with Binnorie feta GF/V
- Traditional fresh prawn cocktail with homemade seafood sauce GF
- Creamy chicken and shallot crepe
- Salad of home grown tomato, rocket and basil with labna and balsamic glaze GF/V
- Roasted tomato, goat’s cheese and fresh herb tart with caramelised onion V
Main
- Pan seared salmon fillet on couscous GF
- Beef eye fillet on lentils with a rosemary and balsamic jus GF
- Chilli & garlic prawn spaghetti with baby peas
- Chicken, mushroom and baby spinach risotto
- Vegetarian Lasagne with side salad V
- Roasted pumpkin and spinach frittata with side salad V / GF

$50 / person or $35 / person drop off
A great way to enjoy a casual BBQ with friends. Minimum of 4 guests.
