The generous BBQ pack was just perfect on Friday night and allowed leftovers for lunch on Saturday. The salmon was fresh and tasty, the salads delicious and the rhubarb and apple pie a winner.
Christmas in July on Saturday night was all that we had hoped it would be, similarly generous delicious servings of turkey, pork and vegetables and then pudding and fabulous home-made custard to finish. You took great care of each guest and the kitchen was perfect when you left.
Melissa, we greatly appreciated your friendly and efficient manner and no fuss, no trouble attitude. While for us this was why we chose you as our caterer we also appreciated that the package was great value.
